Immunoassay test kit for the detection of Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) antigen, Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) antigen, and Giardia lamblia antigen in feline fecal samples. 

Test Procedure

1. Collect a fecal sample from the cat using cotton swab directly from the rectum, or use a freshly voided fecal sample.

2. Insert the swab into the tube containing diluent and mix thoroughly to release as much sample material as possible.
3. Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a clean, dry, and level surface.
4. Using the provided dropper, collect the prepared sample and dispense 3 drops into each sample hole on the test cassette, then start the timer immediately.
5. Read the test result at 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION

POSITIVE: A colored line in the Control line band (C) and a colored line in the Test line band (T) for a specific antigen indicate a positive result, regardless of Test line band (T) being strong or faint.

NEGATIVE: A colored line in the Control line band (C) appears but no line in the Test line band (T) for a specific antigen indicates a negative result.

INVALID: No colored line appears in Control line Band (C), regardless of Test line band (T) appearance.
