Immunochromatographic test kit for the qualitative detection of Canine Distemper virus antigen in conjunctiva,
nasal discharge, saliva or urine

Directions for use

1. Collect the samples from conjunctiva (pre-wet the swab with Saline Solution first ), nasal, saliva or urine, using the sample collection swab 
2. Insert the wet swab into the provided plastic tubes with buffer. Agitate it to assure good sample extraction.
3. Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
4. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 4 drops of extracted sample into the sample hole,then start the timer.
5. Read the result at 5 - 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION

NEGATIVE  : The presence of only one pink-rose band appears in the control region (C). No apparent pink-rose band appears in the test region (T).

POSITIVE  :  In addition to the control band, a clearly distinguishable band will also appears in the test region (T), no matter which band appear first, indicating presence of Canine distemper virus (CDV) antigen in the sample.

INVALID :  No colored line appears in Control line Band (C), regardless of Test line band (T) appearance.
