Immunochromatographic test kit for the qualitative detection of Canine parvovirus and Canine coronavirus antigen in feces or vomit

Directions for use

1. Collect dog’s feces or vomit with the swab stick
2. Insert the wet swab into the providedplastic tubes with buffer. Agitate it to assure good sample extraction.
3. Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
4. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 2 drops of extracted sample into the sample hole, then start the timer.
5. Read the result at 5 - 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
 

INTERPRETATION

Positive: A colored line in the controlline region (Con) and a colored line in  the test region for a specific antigen (CPV and/or CCV) indicate a positive result.

Negative: A colored line in the control line region (Con) but no line in the test  line region (CPV and/or CCV) for a specific antigen  indicates a negative result. 

INVALID: No colored line appears in Control line Band (Con), regardless of Test line band appearance.
